This website is a Virtual Office Website (VOW) operated by RSTM Realty Inc., Brokerage, in accordance with the rules of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). Access to MLS® listing data is provided exclusively to registered members who have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate.

2. Eligibility

To use this VOW service you must register with a valid email address and agree to these Terms. You represent that you have a bona fide interest in real estate transactions and will use the data only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Permitted Use of MLS® Data

All MLS® data displayed on this site is provided by TRREB via PropTx Amplify Syndication. You may view listing information for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any listing data. The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, and the associated logos are owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or TRREB VOW rules.

5. Data Accuracy

6. Password Expiry

In accordance with TRREB VOW rules, passwords expire every 90 days. You will be prompted to reset your password when it expires.
